Reliable Dekka® tape heads with large diameter rolls provide hours of operation with little attention. Hot melt adhesive sealing is available.

NEMA 12 enclosures are standard with wash down NEMA 4X available. Heavy threaded legs and large diameter adjustable footpads permit leveling for operation.

The TR2002TB-RCS is a fully automatic Random Case Sealer designed to provide packagers with a continuous-duty, case sealing system to seal the top and bottom of a wide range of case sizes with tape or hot melt adhesive. The top sealing assembly is supported by heavy-duty vertical pillars for strength and stability and to provide vibration free operation.

Case flights are mounted to permit automatic sealing of tall and lightweight cases and a unique rack & pinion gear assembly provides for positive, smooth automatic case length adjustment to center the case as it travels through the sealing section.
