XRT450

The Trinamics Case Erector family includes a variety of case erectors "tailored" to satisfy any case erecting need. The continuous motion case erectors are designed to be a productive addition in any manufacturing environment. All case erectors include "operator friendly" features such as "operator side" mounted hand wheel adjustments, large capacity magazines and fully interlocked Lexan doors.

Attractive, heavy-duty base frame with number four stainless steel finish that provides a stable and rigid platform for sustained twenty-four hour operation
Easy loading 24" inclined case magazine features tool-free changeover and holds a generous supply of approximately 100 case-blanks
Minimum case size 6" L x 5" W x 3" D
Maximum case size 17" L x 13" W x 14" D
Dual positive drive 4 inch wide side belts ensure consistent case conveyance through the forming section
Contact parts throughout are of stainless steel or anodized aluminum
Festo pneumatic components utilized throughout including valves, vacuum generators and cylinders
Positive action case extractor arm features "tolerant" bellows vacuum cups with case stabilizer plate to ensure positive and tolerant case extraction
Localized Venturi vacuum generator provides spontaneous, stable vacuum
Adjustment free passive major flap-folding assembly
Dekka pressure sensitive tape head for application of two inch pressure sensitive tape
Virtually tool-less changeover features throughout, facilitates rapid changeovers
Rated at speeds of up to 12 cases per minute on a wide range of cases sizes
Erected cases are discharged from the erector in an upright orientation (conveyor options available to suit a variety of needs)
Fully interlocked clear Lexan® doors provide safe and easy operator access
Magnetic safety interlocks hard wired on a "safety relay" to optimize safety
Solid state photo-sensors monitor, verify and confirm case production
Full line Photo Switch with two meter cable (for on site monitoring)
Allen Bradley MicroLogix® PLC controls machine functions
Nema 12 Electrical cabinet with 220 V 3 phase unless specified otherwise
